    Default I cannot clear filters that I applied (sort of)

    PLease help, I am using HM2 with PS, on Win8.

    After upgrading to Win8, I reinstalled HM2 and re-imported all previous history into a new db that I newly created. Everything worked fine for a while. Don't remember how much I played in Report tab before i realied that only my recent hands are being displayed. (I believe it was after certain recent date that I applied as filter).

    Of course I cleared the filters, tried different date intervals nothing changed, the report showed hands from only the recent day that I previously applied and after. It looked like once a filter is applied, clearing or changing does not work.

    I tried a few more advices from this forum. (like reimporting hands, deleting certain filter files from certain folders) nothing worked.

    Funny thing is if I export the database into a new folder, all hands are being exported from 2007 and on.

    Last thing I tried (last week) was creating a new database and importing all hands which fixed everything:

    * all my hands and results are available and visible in Report tab,
    * all new hands that I play, have been added to the results.


    So I thought I fixed it.

    I did not play with report filters since this fix, until today. I wanted to see how I did today only. It showed the results in perfect accuracy.

    * Cleared filters afterwards: Still shows today only

    * Entered date range as yesterday (yes I played yesterday and results were added to overall report as of yesterday): no hands are visible

    * entered date range as last month: still nothing.


    It looks like once i applied a filter, HM2 report can see only the hands from this filter output. Even I cleared the filters. At this point HM2 behaves as my global db has the hands from today only.

    Help please I do not want to create new db's everyday.

    Thank you for taking time.
    I am using postgres 8.4
    When I click Check for update button in HM2 (with beta box selected), I get "you are running latest version" pop up.

    My database has around 650K hands in it.

    Please try resetting the HoldemManager.config files to resolve this issue.

    Close HM2

    Delete the HoldemManager.config and HoldemManager.config.bak files from:

    7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    Then restart HM2.
