Cash Results and Tilt Breaker Cash Session Issue?

Hi

I am having a few issues with Cash results and Tilt Breaker Session apps, the issue being that they remain blank with no information. The rest of HM2 is working like a dream including reports. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

Please try resetting the HoldemManager.config and partners.widgets files to resolve this issue.

Close HM2

Delete the HoldemManager.config, HoldemManager.config.bak and partners.widgets files from:

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Then restart HM2.

Thank you for the tips, I'm currently using Winows 7 but don't seem to have a folder named 'username' in C:/Users, any other suggestions?

It should be your computer's username, for example mine is C:\Users\DogNamedBluff\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

This has completely screwed my computer up, I have now lost 888 poker from my desktop and a number of other things. I admit that I am no computer wizz but when I have payed for a programme I don't expect that I should need to make adjustments for it to operate properly. I would ask for further advice but now do not know where to begin with the problems my computer is having since I ticked the hidden boc.

Holdem manager will not open and I have tried to reinstall it which it will not do....this is f***ed up!!I simply checked hidden on my user folder '4KU' and it has completely messed my pc up, how do I restore it??????

Phew.....I have managed to restore all to working order but not fixed original issues....
