Cannot Import Hand Histories or Tourney Summaries

Hello,

I just purchased HM2 and want to import old Hand Histories. I asked PokerStars to send them to me and they did as .txt files. But I seem to have trouble importing them into HM2. If I try to import them manually, HM2 says in the Import Status Window: Files Imported: 1 of 1, but every other value remains zero and no hands were actually imported.

I already set up a new database and tried to import the hand histories there, but also to no avail.

The same happens with old tourney summaries as .txt files. Are tourney summaries even imported via the HAND Importing feature? Since there are no hands in tourney summaries.

I now also received the tournament summaries as *.htm files. If I choose "Import Folder" and specify the folder where the .htm are in I get the message that no files were found. Multiple threads about importing hand histories and tourney summaries explicitly state that one needs to get the summaries as .htm files from PokerStars support.

What am I doing wrong?

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive
