Secondary Monitor... HUD popup/hand summary popup

I notice a common problem when displaying tables on my secondary monitor.

The HUD popups and hand summaries flicker/display poorly.
- This only occurs on the secondary monitor.
- Drop down menu's do the same thing. There are more examples I'm sure.
- Drivers are all up to date.

Any tips on how to solve this?

If it helps my video card is ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO

2 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
4 - Disable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support
5 - Set desktop to a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek

1 - already updated
2 - already up to date
3 - I installed setpoint today. Fired up Hm2, and the problem persists.
4 - already disabled
5 - already non-areo theme

I'll try a few more things before contacting support.

If its useful... the page suggests switching themes under personalize/theme. Aero is actually listed under Window Color and Appearance.
