Pot Betting post flop

My pot betting is not working properly. I have preflop and post flop pot % numbers entered under the "Pot Betting" tab, but the software is not putting bets into the betting box when I play.

Any help ASAP is greatly appreciated, especially since I have only one day left in my Full Tilt trial and don't want to purchase the software if I can't get it to work.

I'd be happy to extend your trial. I just need the machine ID number from your TNFTLog files. You can find the files in C:/Program Files/TableNinjaFT. I think the problem will be resolved by going to Full Tilt>Options>Table Options>Custom Bet Buttons and setting everything to the default (min, pot, max, in that order). If not please send a copy of your log files to support@alxsoftware.com. If it does solve the problem please PM me your ID number from the log files and I'll extend your trial.
