Will ninjaFT and ninjaStars work at the same time?

I want to multi-table across both sites.

Yes, both programs will work at the same time. You will not be able to set the same hotkeys in both programs however. Since the sites active tables are not considered by the other the possiblilty of sending a command to two tables at once is to great to be supported.
