Parseing errors: HM2 and PokerStars

I downloaded HM2 yesterday and haven't gotten it to work since then. I followed few tutorials on connecting the hand and tournament logs with the program but it seems to have issues parseing the logs.

Basically I open hands and it shows me "No Hands Found". Whenever playing at a table, the HUD has issues parseing the logs too and just displays "Waiting for hands...".

When I check Hand Importing > Import History > Import source: Auto it basically shows that nothing is imported and that there have been errors.

Right now the only thing I've done aside from following some tutorials from the HM2 FAQ is changing Region and Language format to English-US(short date format M/d/yyyy).

I have also tried to create a new database, install both PokerStars and HM2 before finding out there is a parseing issue involved.

Any help very appreciated, wouldn't want the trial to go to waste.

Just tried setting it up with Full Tilt Poker client and these log files are getting errors too.

Full Tilt: we don't support play money hands, but real money hands only.

PokerStars: is this also a play money game? Buyin shows as 9+0, a real money game should show a different formatting such as $8.34 +$0.66

Yes, they both are play money games. Should I try a real money game under PokerStars?
Does the log file otherwise look correct(date/time formating and so on)?

Yes, the handhistories look fine.
If PokerStars saves them---> and you have that folded added as an 'auto import folder' you'll get a HUD (and the hands will be imported) when you play on a real money table.
