River cbet %
Having read the explanation of what this means Im still unsure.
Does this refer to any combination where he just bets flop and then bets river after being pfr (regardless of his turn action - i.e. whether he checked or bet) ?
Also Im assuming it refers to situations only where he has the opportunity? e.g. if he is donked into on river then it is still possible to have a river cbet percentage of 100.
