    Default Support is not responding Scanner serial #

    I lost my table scanner serial number and asked support if they could find it. We exchanged a number of messages on Sunday when I sent the latest information support requested. I am surprised not to have had any response since then. Support was very helpful and patient on Sunday, but seems to have disappeared since then. It has been almost three days. Please respond to your customer's emails.
