    I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-183: Pacific: no HUD on cash tables after client update

    I have added all of your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.


    If anyone else wants to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-183 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    Thats pretty ridiculous, this is a pretty huge problem ; alot of my volume is at that site. Can you guys please fix this ASAP? Is there a Hm2 fix? Whats the hold up?

    We have a fix in place for our HM2 internal beta build that is being tested. We hope to have it released as a gold beta update later this week/weekend. To get prompted for the beta update make sure that the Settings > Updates > [x] prompt for beta updates, is enabled.

    Once we get this next hm2 gold beta released we will start working on the HM1 pacific/ftp and other issues.

    We can offer a temporary solution till we fix Pacific HUD issue in HM
    1) Download previous 888 client version installer here: http://setupspoker.images4us.com/set...pokersetup.exe
    and install it "over existing"
    2) Then make a backup copy (archive) for these folders
    C:\Program Files (x86)\PacificPoker
    (for XP users path is C:\Program Files\PacificPoker)
    %appdata%\PacificPoker
    3) Start 888 client, when it update itself - close it. (This updating can take time, depending on internet connection speed, and even can happen not on first client run)
    4) Restore backuped in (2) folders - now when you start client, it will think his version is already new and not proceed update.
    5) With this old client version HM works OK.

    That file you link to is like 370 mb,, which is extremely large and makes no sense for a poker client?
