888 Poker HUD keeps waiting for hands

Hi yesterday my HUD was working fine like for the past 2 months. Today 888 software updated it self and after that the HUD keeps saying it's waiting for hands and nothing happens after that. I restarted my PC, uninstalled re-installed both poker software and holdem manager to no effect.

I even tried it on my other PC my doing a fresh install of both programs and again same problem. It says it is waiting for hands. I know Holdem manager is reading the hands because on the reports TAG, my progress is being updated. Its just the HUD is not working.

Please help.

HUD issues on the new Pacific tables is known and has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5936.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, I have increased the priority of the ticket so we can try to get it fixed before the official release.

888 has no priority....I`ve been reporting issues since mid summer...Had at least least 3 tv sessions....Result....NONE...So just get used to restarting HM 2-3 times an hour...and finding every table every 10 minutes...oh...and do NOT play any 4 or 6 max MTTs or SNGs...if u fancy hud...

Same problem here. I have had this problem since about 30 minutes. Earlier in the it was working fine. Could you email me too when this is resolved?
