One will have 160k hands, another will have 5k hands, another will have 69k hands, etc. All on the same site
Is there anyway for me to merge all of these together into just one so I can analyze my stats properly?

I used the update and still have the same issue.
Please try updating to the latest internal version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe (7603)
Then please try creating a new database
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...m+Manager+2%3F
and reimporting the hands from the c:\HM2Archive folder.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Hand+Importing
All original hands that are auto-imported into HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere.
