HUD not working

i just got holdem manager set everything up and hands imported work and now i go to play and my HUD stats r not appearing on players?
could this be because i have the trial version?

No it will work for the trial as long as your not playing play money, please check the FAQ for lots of troubleshooting ideas, theres also detailed setup tutorials and im currently adding new site specific detailed setup guides, theres ones for Prima,Absolute and Ipoker. If the FAQ dosent help you out can you post as much details as possible about what youve tried and what site youve played on etc

im using ultimatebet. ive read the start guide and it pretty much says HUD will just appear. table manager comes up but there r no details to it. just says 0/2 players and 0pot etc.

I had this problem when I first downloaded HM. I think I had to restart HM in order for the HUD to work after configuring it.

Please Update to the newest version available here. The version you have is old and it wont work until you upgrade: http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdateimport.exe

Then verify the hands are importing successfully:

And try the table finder:

The HUD needs the UB history window open for each table to grab the hands. You should also make sure "..holdem manager\importing\hem data" is included in the auto-import folders.
