full tilt hud issue

The issue is the hud shows up on the screen but the stats do not update and no hand is recorded.

So you see the name basicly. I have triped running everything as admin, turned of UAC and downloaded the latest version of holdem manager.

HM2 has the correct file to find the hand historys and the replayer works and i can see my hands from previous sessions with stats.

any help would be great thanks
