    Default HoldemManager stopped accepting license after update 1.11.04

    HoldemManager turned into "Unregistered" state and is refusing to activate ANY of my keys (I tried to change key via Log/Serial.txt)
    (on start, it asks to "Activate online now", then says "Success", then "A valid license could not be
    obtained"

    Support does not respond.
    Re-install didn't help.
    License file removal didn't help.
    Key deactivation @HM account didn't help.

    Unable to use HM at all by now.

    I just replied to your email which was about 6 hours old when I replied to it.

    The code in the reg.log file is disabled. I will have to forward it to the sales team so they can determine why this code is disabled, before I can do anything to try and register it.

    Now I see the email.
    At least, if smth wrong with license, how can I enter another key? HM gives my no chance to do it now.

    First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows

    Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

    1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

    2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

    3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


    These are hidden SYSTEM files. (not just regular hidden files) ignore #1 it's possible you don't have that file)



    Also please try this:

    1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
    2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
    3. Open HM and register
    4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

    Thank you, the LicDebug.txt helped.
    Other steps you described I already tried without any result.
