    Default Full tilt poker SNG result problem

    Dear Support!

    1)
    I am using HM 1.12.09, because, if i update it, the new release is not recognizing the hands, results, anything from the past in the database.
    2)
    I am playing FTP 9-man SNG-s and the hud is working perfectly, i can review the hands, but the program is not recognizing the results, so
    3)
    I tried to import hands with my HM 2.0.0.7318 program, and facing the same problem.

    What should i do. It would be the best, if you could help me, to make HM1 updates work for my computer without re-installing windows system.

    SNG results issue will be fixed in next HM2 release.

    Thankfully SNG results are just an obscure, arcane bit of information that no grinder ever really looks at, so it's not like anyone really even needs them in their tracker software. So sure, take all the time you need.

    I think you need to reevaluate your values for customer support.
