Minimized table: try hud options--> player preferences--> appearance tab--> turn OFF scale font...
leave everything else as default.

"Check raised fold"? do you mean.. how often your opponent folds... when you checkraise him??
That's NOT a HUD stat.... but if you use FILTERS... you can see how often your opponent does this.
