1.11.03: PartyPoker stakes wrongly recognized

Playing on PartyPoker with the latest version of HEM on NL25. 20BB min Speed tables are wrongly recognized by HEM as 0.1/0.1NL tables.

Tested it on NL25, it seems it has been fixed with the latest internal release. Thanks!
