    Default No Tables Stakes Listed in Stakes Box

    Having trouble using Table Scanner for the first time. I selected sites, game, structure, seats and format. The only thing is, there are no Stakes listed in the Stakes box, so it won't scan. Help!

    It's possible it's not working because it didn't register properly. When I opened the Table Scanner tab I was told I needed to register online. I clicked OK and it indicated Success but then I got an error message that a valid license could not be obtained. I was never given the opportunity to enter the code given to me when I purchased Table Scanner. Where am I supposed to enter this code???

    First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows

    Registering Table Scanner:

    1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HEMGUI.dll.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

    2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic)


    Also please try this:

    1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
    2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
    3. Open HM and register
    4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

    Thanks I tried both those options and got the same result--an error registering. Can't you just assign me a new key?
