    4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
    5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
    6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
    7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
    8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Only play on one table.. and save the positions... before you open new tables..
I carried out step 3 by deleting these 2 files, but when i opened HEM and a table again, my HUD positions were not reset, i.e. positions were same as where I normally have them.

Anyways I still carried out the remaining steps and will report back wit results when i play a session.

I followed these steps and the HUD positions are still all over the place.

I have done these steps twice now.

It does seem appear that step 3, deleting those .txt files does Not delete existing position preferences (as the previous positions are still remembered).

    Further assistance would be grateful

It has been a few weeks now and Im still having issues.

I can no longer play because the player HUDs keep changing position.

Can I get a member of support to remote in and try to help me address it?

    Regards

I updated to the 1.11.04 official release

When OCR is set to Off, my HUD positions are still messed up and changing all the time.

However, when OCR set to ON it seems to at least be working.

I still would like a fix for when OCR off tho.

    Hi

Im still having the same issues even after you remoted into my PC.

When OCR is on, I am noticing that every 2nd or 3rd hand on a table is displaying incorrect players.

When OCR is off, player HUD positions are all over the place.

Can you help me address these issues.

    Thanks
