stats bug on last version

i play only on Poker Stars.

i am only MTT player. after upgrading to last version my HM, i have got some problems with stats.

then i playing table, there is 1-3 opps on full ring, wich have NO STATS, except HANDS stat- only - - - in all fields. then i double click stats window - show only current session stats - stats appears, but only for hands played in current session. after 3-4 mins of playing, if i double click again, sometime all stats appear correctly, not only current session, but all, but sometimes not.

and sometimes stats suddenly disappear, and i see only number of hands again...

this is really big problem - because i dont know correct stats now to play, and sometimes i dont see them at all - only number of hands.

ok, will do in evening from home.

but main idea is stats of some players during session dissapear, except number of hands. and they appear again only if i double click hud to show current session stats.

You put a circle around victorc... in seat 1
In the first picture he has 20 hands & in the next picture he has 24 hands

To me it looks like you MIGHT have a minimum samples set in section C of this tab:

hey Loki.

nomatter how much hands he got, this started after upgrading to last version of HM.

as you see from screens stats just appear and disappear how they want.
this could happen on 10 hands, 50, 100, totally random.

ALSO sometimes opp's stats going crazy and suddenly show me vpip/pfr as 100/100 for any number of hands. if double click - it turns normal, but only current session stats.

it continues..

after upgrading to last version, hud dont launch at all. then i starting auto import there appears some error, and hud dont launch.
hands keep importing, but without hud stuff at all.

had to go back on last stable version but still with hud stats bugs.

sad.

I think this is because of the new tourney hud filters we introduced.

Please check this FAQ: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Tourney HUD Filters

You can configure them under Hud Options->Tourney Hud filters.


Do you get any errors with the latest release?

may be this happens cuz of filtres, but i didnt touch them.

as i wrote, my hud dont work AT ALL at latest release you suggested me to install. on previous release i get tonz of stats dissapearings, but HUD in general working.
