Ongame seat aligment/ Betfair Poker2
Cant get the tables seating to allign on , Ongame i have just upgraded from betfair to betfair2 as they have merged i have followed the form fax to the letter but the stats are still no aligning with the seats can some one help me fix this please

Okay this problem has now got worse the auto import appears to be freezzing and i am now getting no hud stats on my tables at all. i have read the guys post underneath mine who is having problems on the same site who seems to be having similar problems i have tried everything u asked him uninstalling and reinstalling the version u showed him still no luck can u guys help me think team view remote support session is need i been working on this past 3 hours

You need to use the table finder to get the Hud working.
But from that on the "usual" Ongame FAQs should work:

Mate i had the hud working and i know how to use the table finder as i said it stopped working. anyways i reinstalled again this morning and got the hud working. but i am now back to my orignal problem and cant get the stats to align i read the fax for prefeed seating ongame and that has not helped
Guys can some please help me get this sorted cant get the stats to line up in the correct place i have read the fax for ongame and it does not work. i have been like this for a day and half now

Goward thanks mate but i had actually set up my hud doing doing this from the off but then encounterd problems afterwards so this is no good.
And Netskar i emailed support just like you asked to schedule a remote support session but a few days later i still heard nothing back . I am free today from 12.30pm uk time can we get this done today if you have time
