HM2 error loading

    Default HM2 error loading

    The error it gives is "Did not find any valid products registered to your HM2 serial. Hold'em Manager will now exit." HM2 was working fine when I shut it down Friday evening. After a bit of searching on the forums, I deleted C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Holdem Manager2.lic which makes it prompt me to login again. After I do and enter my serial, it goes back to the same error. The serial is the extra 30-day promo from Sept. Any ideas?

    1) Delete C:\program data\xheo\sharedlicenses\holdemmanager2.lic (vista/7) *

    C:\Documents and Settings\all users\Application Data\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\holdemmanager2.lic (xp)

    As well as the mirror folder.

    2) Log into Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software
    in your licenses section, reset the profile for hm2. Copy your license code.


    3) Please update to this version

    4) Click Enter Serial Number.


    Send us a new log file as described at the end if you still have problems -

    Send the reg.log to support@holdemmanager.com because it will contain your serial number.

    I've done all you suggest now. Was about to upload the log file but decided to read it first. I would appear that my trial has run out. The 30-day extended license from the promotion in September apparently started running the day it was issued instead of the day I entered it into HM2. I was finishing my PT4 trial and thought I had 30 days of HM2 after the couple weeks left of PT4 was up. Oops!

    I could still send the log if you don't think what I've said explains it. Just let me know.
