Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

Then delete the prefs.xml and prefs.bak file in the config folder in
    7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: How to show hidden files in Windows 7
    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Microsoft Corporation

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -

    Import your HUD's again.

Same thing keeps happening. It seems to bring up the mucked card (which I don't remember ever happening in zoom) and the hud moves. I set the show mucked time to 0 but the hud still moves around. How can I fix this?

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Options > Displayed Stats menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
    3) Manually reset your HUD Options > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Close HM2.
    3) 'Cut' the following files, and 'Paste' them to a new folder such as your \Desktop: Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
    W7 - C:\Users\Fozzy711a\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\C onfig\prefs.xml and prefs.bak
    XP - C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config\prefs.xml and prefs.bak
    4) Restart HM2
    5) Manually reset your HUD Options > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

It's seems we are getting somewhere; Either reseting from the software or deleting those files seems to solve the problem when using the default hud... But it comes back when I import my configs. Anything else I can try before doing the huds all over again (which would be a pretty painful, many hours work)

If you want to email me the configs that are causing the problem I can take a look at them to see if I see anything obvious that may be mis-configured, but it is possible that the HUD layout or entire prefs.xml is somehow corrupted and the only option may be to rebuild the HUD manually. This is why it is a good idea once you have your HUDs configured the way you want them you export the individual HUDs, and create a backup of the configs and skip the database, so if they ever become damaged in the future you can try to restore/import an older backup so you don't have to rebuild them from scratch.

    Please try this
set Active player = PokerStars hero
not Alias, not Hero on another site - just your Stars nickname

If you have many Stars Heroes in DB - this also can be cause
