Bought HM2 + Omaha but cant use omaha

Hello!

I bought HM2 + Omaha package but when i try to view omaha reports i have message : Warning: Restricted Hands . Click here to unlock

And when i click to unlock it redirects me to webpage where i have this message in red :

Some help needed ? I guess i have to put in license key in software but i cannot find where i can do that ? if i click on tab My licenses it just redirects me to webpage...

I can not find any licenses for you under the address used to create this forum account so I guess you used a different email address for your purchase.

All licensing is done internally via your original code so you should only have to restart the software typically for the changes to take effect.

- Close HM2.
- Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+ - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
*Now delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\HMLicense.DLL.ldat file. If you have 32 bit windows instead of 64 bit you can remove the '(x86)' from the path.
- Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic)
- Restart HM2 and register using your 'HM2-' Code.
