HM no longer imports but process remains active

Hi all,

I noticed a problem with my HM this morning. When trying to import hands from Ultimate Bet it's showing "Importing", but it does nothing more than that (I tried manual and automatic imports). After I close HM the HMImport.exe process is still active (and I can't get it killed either) which makes me believe the importer is stuck somewhere while reading the hand history. As a logic consequence of this, the hand history file itself is also locked for use.

I reinstalled HM and still got the same problem. No other programs were installed the last days which makes me wondering what the problem could be. Importing hands from UB used to work btw.

Any ideas about what to do? I added a hand history example just in case.

Hi, UB actually locks the hand history file while it is in use. Once you close UB are you able to import properly?

For UB you need to add the c:\program files\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hem data folder as a import folder and click on "History" when you open a table
