I need help
I emailed support and no response. I am out of options with getting my holdem manager running due to an error page. I am not a computer expert and Im sure it can be fixed easily. Unfortunely I cant seem to fix it by being walked through with what to do. I need a teamviwer appointment so I can get this program working. It is very frustrating for me that I purchased this product and I get it working. Please help.

The first error i get when loading my hem "as run as admin" I get "The following occured when trying to open the database. Unable to read data from the transport connection. An existining connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
Then....after I hit ok and hit connect on the postsql or whatever blue page i get "connection error with the same message" with a bunch of computer language i dont understand.
im so out of ideas. I need asistance.
Turn on the secondary Logon. The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.
Then reboot.
If no help, try this:
Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service
Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service
If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it. And reboot.
If that doesn't help you will have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely

I did this and after tyring to reinstall postgresql I am getting an error saying" in order for clients to connect succesfully u must also grant acess to specific host adresses or networks by editing the pg_hba.conf.file in the data directory and restart the psotgresql service". PLease I need teamviwer.
