hm1 popup sometimes works sometimes does not

Hello

I've made a 4b range popup. i've set it to display, when I have my mouse pointer on "fold to 3 bet" stat. Sometimes it displays my popup, sometimes does not.
Does any1 know whats a problem? I dont really get it

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe


If you continue to have problems, please send us the .pop file and your prefs.xml file. Both of the requested files can be found in your C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.
