Fulltilt omaha cash hands not importing but hud works fine..!?

Hey there poker saviors!

After a PLO fulltilt session i looked in HM to analyze my play like any other day and for some reason my hands are not being uploaded in the sessions area!?
Its very strange because HUD is working fine..

I have since purged all my cash hands and vacummed to restart fresh and its still not working. I even made sure all the folder pointing was correct and i can easily open up my hand history manually through my fulltilt hand history folder.

The only thing i can think of why it isnt working is i uninstalled the last fulltilt program and downloaded it again because i thought it was a bug. (i didnt realise that they were server restarting)

anyway please help!

I had the same problem not too long ago, but what I did to fix it was to restart HEM and in reports or sessions or wherever, go to filter-clear (even if you have no filter atm) and it worked for me.
