connection error

Hi,

I am unable to open up HEM as im getting a connection error. I get the following message ;

Connection Error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

There follows then a whole bunch of other stuff but it wont let me copy and paste, but i could write it out if its neccessary.

This usually is a firewall or security software problem.
