Registration panel not working

Registration Home Page doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm pretty sure I've tried every combination of user names and passwords I could have entered, and the password retrieval doesn't work for any of my user names or e-mail accounts.

Is there any other way to unregister PC#1 so I can register again? I was forced to format without being able to make any preparations.

If you cant remember the password just create a new account by clicking register and add your code again, if you cant find your code email sales@holdemmanager.com
