HEM not saving hands on specific player

There is player that I've played at least 100 hands with over several sessions, but he keeps showing up as a unknown player that I have 0 hands on. His nick includes some special characters "&" if I remember correctly..

Is there any way to solve this?? Kind of annoying he has stats on me, and I don't have any on him..

"Razed&Cnfusd" is the nick. Apparently it doesn't save when a nickname includes special characters?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-64: Wrong Zoom HUD triggered by "&" in playername.
