Bwin mucked hands ?

I'm on bwin.fr and hud doesn't show mucked hands.

How can i activate this ?

If you still have an issue verify the orriginal hand histories write the information about mucked cards and if so please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well look into it

When i look into "previous hands" in the software when i play, i can see mucked hands of my oppenent who doesn't appear in the HUD.

But in the history of HM when i search in section "HANDS" the history doesn't show mucked cards.

I can't find some original history because HM took them apparently. So i'll wait for new history and send to the email you gave me.

After auto-import HM moves the files to the configured archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). You can take them from there.
