Activation problem

I am trying to activate a 2nd pc. I installed but when I start HM and try to regiaster i get the following.I also reset my activation code.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

Next, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files so we can delete the license file to solve the problem: How to see hidden files in Windows and also in the same section look for Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and untick this too

Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

If that doesnt work please try this:

1. Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not

Check Proxy settings

Uninstall and Reinstall Holdem Manager

if that doesnt fix it Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder after youve tried all those steps, if you were unable to complete any step please let me know

I make the procedure suggested by you but HEM doesn't work.
