    Default People's Poker HH Support

    Hi,
As an italian customer I would like to know if HM is going to support soon People's Poker ( People's Poker - Home Page ) hand history. I'm quite sure that this network's software is the same of ENET .
In case of positive response, could I know the amount of time needed for this feature?

    Thanks

We are planning to support ENET.
Are these handhistories exactly the same, in the same formatting, without any Italian formatting?

    For example
Kc (king of clover) is also written as Kc?

We only support English hand history files and English Poker Clients. There is no reliable ETA for any new site support at this time but adding new site support (including ENET) should be relatively high on the list of priorities once we have released our new datagrid version of the software.

Ok thank you. I just posted the italian version for give you a complete information. Between ENET and People's Poker the only difference should be the AAMS information.

To be sure we have some of these hands for testing our future support can you please zip and send a few of the original hand history files via email? Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Thank you for sending the hands. We hope to start working on new site support some time after our next release so they should come in handy.

Hi,i'm an italian customer too..Any news about supporting Peoples/Microgame HH? I can assume that this will be a very important feature for italians,'cause this network is the number two behind Ps.it

We are still working on our next release. It has been delayed much longer than expected due to some issues we had with the new datagrid and the ftp relaunch. Once we get the next official release out we will begin working on new site support but we have a few new sites to add support for and I am not sure which priority/order they will be in.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-1371: Yatahay and enet support

I have added your email addresses to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
