My "Holecards" report is no longer listed anywhere, including in "more reports".
And stupidly I try to upgrade to a new version to attempt to fix it and the upgrade requires me to re-enter my serial number for some unknown reason and your registration server is apparently down.
I guess I don't need to point out how totally unacceptable it is for you to require re-registering software with a broken registration server?
- Close HM2
- Please delete the following files:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ho ldemmanager.config and holdemmanager.config.bak
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports folder
- Start HM2 again
