Notecaddy Test Environment Error: "Root Element is Missing. Chopped hand : line: "

Hi,

I'm trying to create notes out a note definition that I created. I selected five test hands with which to test the definition. No notes were created for two of the test hands for which I expected note creation. I left clicked each of these hands in Hold 'em Manager and clicked "Copy". I then pasted each of the hands into the Notecaddy "Test Environment" (separately), and received the error noted in the subject line for both.

Any ideas?

Those hands aren't valid xml. For example, in the line:

You see </game> which would have needed to be preceded by a <game> somewhere. I recommend contacting iPoker and tell them they are writing invalid hand histories on some occassions
