Import and HUD OK but Reports and Graphs Not Working

Yesterday (16th Oct) I played a session on FT, the HUD and Table manager worked perfectly but when I went to review my hands for the session they did not show up on any graphs or reports.

The strange thing is that every single hand I played previously is in the DB, If I look at my hands for the month they are totally accurate up to the 15th Oct.

If I try to look at hands for villans then the problem is the same, their reports and graphs are accurate up until the 15th but do not include the 16th.

So far I have tried
- Making 100% sure that all the filters are off
- Reboot
- Import HH in different ways
- Played some hands on Pokerstars (Identical Problem)

Holdem Manager Version - 1.06.03h
OS - Windows XP Home Edition SP2
PC Spec - Intel Core 2 Quad , 2.4Ghz

Suggestions??

I tried installing the latest beta (1.06.04 beta 13) but this made no difference to the above problem.

I should add that I have had the program running well for 3 months.
About 1 month ago I had to re-create my DB to fix a small bug (dont even recall what it was) but apart from that there have been no problems.
