Not seeing stats in Reports tab

Hello,

I am not able to see my hands or the hands of any other players in the reports tab. I followed the FAQs exactly for setting up auto import. When I select a player to view it with the Change button it will say how many hands I have on the player but when I select the player no stats show up. I am playing on Full Tilt. I see that my hands are showing up in the Full Tilt HandHistory folder and subfolder, but I am not seeing any hands in HM. I have cleared all the filters as well.

I should add that stats of players in the HUD are showing up, I just can't see any stats whatsoever in the Cash Games tab

Please create a new DB and import your hands into it to see if that works
