Set speed of HUD update?

Is there a way to speed up the HUD update?

Particularly at rush.. it has a hard time keeping up and often lags behind from many seconds.. to many hands.

Edit:

I just vacuumed the DB etc.. and followed the tips in the FAQ.. It seems to run ok for a while.. but gets "stuck" every so often.

You cant change the hud refresh rate but that isnt the problem, its an OCR issue which were working on, doing what you done might help in the meantime when we look for a solution
