Re-Activation Issue

My copy of HM2 keeps prompting me for activation by displaying the Activate HM window repeatedly. I should only need to do this once, yet I need to reset the license key and reactivate periodically (nearly once a day) otherwise I can't start HM2 up.

How do I get around this and only need to activate the same copy once on the same machine? Windows 7. HM 2.0.0.7223.

1) Delete C:\program data\xheo\sharedlicenses\holdemmanager2.lic (vista/7) *

C:\Documents and Settings\all users\Application Data\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\holdemmanager2.lic (xp)

As well as the mirror folder.

2) Log into Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software
in your licenses section, reset the profile for hm2. Copy your license code.


3) Please update to this version

4) Click Enter Serial Number.
