no stats on opponents hud

hi, i use the hem for full tilt poker, and i play 9seated sngs.
my problem is, that there is a hud displayed but all strings of the opponents huds are empty.
mine is complete, but it doesnt set up anything on the others.
the hem is saving the hands but not showing anything on the opponents.

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport and also the fulltiltpoker.exe in the Full Tilt folder

If the problem still persists after restarting HM, can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database and reimport some hands and see if the problem persists

Finally go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and make a backup of prefs.xml and then close Holdem Manager and delete the original prefs.xml and restart HM and it should create a new default prefs.xml file, please test with that version and see if the problem persists?

thanks for your advise, but the problem is, that it wont work on sngs at all.
the table manager wont record the players, its always (0/9), and it doesnt import hands, only files when i play a sng.
for the cashgame on full tilt it works well. how is this possible?

hey i got the fix. i just had to turn the full tilt poker language to english.
