    Default Lost all of my data

    I updated HM1 1.12.09 -> 1.12.11 (Win7 x64) and after database update I cant see anything reports, results. I play SNGs, MTTs.
    I put back 1.12.09 but same problem. I think all datas lost.

    Please help!

    The update runs a database update which may need more than 10 minutes if your database is large or your computer slow. It sounds like something went wrong during the update process and your database was damaged. If you can't get past that error you may need to create a new database and import your original hands to rebuild your database.

    Options > Database Management > Connect > Create New Database

    or

    Manually run the \rvg software\holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe > connect > create new database

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

    Ok, my problem is, havent got HH-s (lost after Windows reinstall), but I have HM1 backup. After database backup everything are ok with 1.12.09, but 1.12.11 kill my database again. I tryed restore backup with new version, but have same problem.

    1.12.11 uses a different database structure.


    If the backup was created in 1.12.09, also restore to 1.12.09.

    Ok, but after restore (1.12.09) I updated to 1.12.11, and database chrased again.

    Restore it to 1.12.09 and export the hands from 1.12.09 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...t+Hands#export all files
