Definetely working with 1.11.02 tried it myself, make sure the option is ticked and Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and it should pick it up fine if not maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.

How big are your tables sized? I was experiencing the same thing until I reduced the size of my tables. Max size seems 970 x 696.

Are you talking about Screen resolution if not how do you find out table size.

Yes it's number of pixels. There's probably a clever way of doing the measuring without the below, but these are free pixel rulers:
