Using sitngo wizard with PT4

Hi,
I have a stand alone version of sng wizard and I have a hard time getting the HH from PT4 to use it to sng wizard.
I clicked hand details in PT4->text format->copy and paste in sng wizard, but it does'nt work.
eg: of HH I pasted in sng wizard.

PS: I have no idea whether to post this in PT4 forums or sng wizard forums. So If I miss something let me know.

I have forwarded this to the SNGW developer for a second look but now that I take a closer look at your HH format I can see the problem is with the way you are getting the hands from PT4. Merge writes the hands in XML format and the hand you pasted above is some sort of simplified format that is specific to PT4. You will need to ask PT4 how you can copy the hand from their program in it's original format or else find the hand in the C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\processed folder.

As Fozzy says, that format is not supported. You will need to get the original hand history.
