Default TOT VPIP and PF VPIP

How different are these 2 stats? Will PF VPIP always be lower because its not counting postflop actions, where usually people are betting/calling/raising? (wait, wtf is PF? preflop or postflop?)

Or is it possible for PF VPIP to even be higher than TOT VPIP, for example a fish is a preflop raising/3betting monkey but then has no aggression and likes to fold postflop

Where in HoldemManager do you see "PF VPIP"?
I can only find PF (=preflop) for some 4bet and 5bet stats in the reports.

PFR being higher than VPIP: read the stat changes part of this link: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Update+Utility
