Error Message with party

Hi

The following error message comes at the pc of a fellow of pokerstrategy.fr. He has answered all questions with yes (OK); what else could be the cause?

Did he go over step 3 to check "embed player information" is turned on in the PartyPoker preferences?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

I have the same problem with pmu.fr(party network).

Steinpilz0104, you have not mentionned that the problem is on room wpt.fr(party network).

The table scanner works perfectly on party.fr but not with the others rooms of the party.fr network...

I think(hope) a little update can do this

I'm playing on .com and the table scanner on party.com works fine. The problem above comes from a fellow of pokerstrategy.fr who plays on WPT. I'm moderator there and posts for them in the HEM forum, as french usually do not speak well english (you seem to be an exception )
