Help from Holdem Manager Support???

I've e-mailed support twice (June5th & 9th) and haven't gotten a response.
Is this normal? I forgot to say that I'm on a 15 day trial. TKS nytim

This is not normal, you should get a response within some hours usually. Did you check your spam folder?
