Errors on FTP

Hi

Ive noticed HEM is showing certain hands as losses when i actually won the hands ..

When you go to session tab and scroll down the losing hands it has some names missing in the winner column and when i replay those hands it shows i actually won them .

This is affecting my bb/100 hands !!

Cant remember this happening before with HEM ... any suggestions ?

I have the same problem. It happens when I raise before the flop, the flop is checked to me, I bet and nobody calls. I have sent hand histories for this problem.
