HUD & Hand importing not working for Stars - again, (but works fine for Party)

Hi,

I have had this issue before: When i open any Stars table - cash, tourney or Zoom it says "Waiting for Hands" but does not import any hands, and the HUD doesnt load.

I play on Party as well and there is no such problem occuring - hands import fine there, and HUD displays. Why would it work for one site and not another?

Last time this problem occured, it randomly fixed by itself; although i posted here about it, the initial suggestions made did not solve the issue, it just randomly solved after i had temporarily given up due to being too busy to deal with it. Also - it only fixed for Zoom, but was never fixed for touneys.

Anyway, I have made sure that i am running the latest version of HEM 2. I have also made sure that it is my Stars SN selected in the "Current Player" drop down menu on the "Home" tab (not sure if that matters).

Please advise - I am using Kaspersky if that matters.

Is PokerStars correctly saving the handhistories?
Do the hands import if you run a manual import on them?
Do the hands then show up in reports?

Try uninstalling Kaspersky.
